Anti-spatter agents comprise three groups:
1. aerosol agents,
2. liquid agents,
3. pastes.
Anti-spatter products are perfect agents to protect surfaces which are to be welded from spatter sticking. They can be used to protect the torch during welding with the MIG/MAG method. They leave no blooms and do not need removing after welding. They contain no silicones and are environmentally friendly as they are CFC free.
PASTE FORM AGENT
PO Anti-spatter Paste is an excellent protection of the torch while welding with the MIG/MAG method. It prolongs the torch life and makes cleaning easy. PO paste is very efficient and safe to users and to the environment.
AEROSOLS
”AA” and “AAN” AEROSOLS sprayed on the metal surface make a temporary protection against corrosion. They are harmless to workers and their surroundings. A nonflammable form contains no propane-butane and can be used on hot surfaces.
THE LIQUID AGENTS
THE LIQUID AGENTS EXIST IN TWO MODIFICATIONS. The nonflammable form (symbol-PPW) is formulated on a water base, the second form is anhydrous but inflammable (symbol-PP). Both are harmless to the welder. Available in 5 l, 10 l, 30 l containers.
